Phil Siana is the Vice President and a Management Committee member of Porzio, Bromberg & Newman, P.C., a U.S. based law firm that provides a wide array of litigation, corporate, transactional, and other legal services to clients ranging from individuals and closely held businesses to public entities and Fortune 100 companies. Phil’s focus is on income tax and estate planning, and he helps his clients preserve and protect their wealth by calling upon his nearly 30 years of experience in the field of wealth preservation.

Phil obtained an undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown, a law degree from the Dickinson Law School, and an LL.M. in Taxation from Villanova Law School. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Maryland and licensed to practice law in New Jersey and Florida.
