Associate Program Officer

Sanjana holds experience in maternal and early care workforce policy. Before joining The Burke Foundation, she was a key player in the implementation of a two-generational approach to workforce development at the New Jersey Department of Labor.

Passionate about promoting the health and economic security of mothers, babies, and families, Sanjana is excited to use strategic planning and partnership to better serve traditionally marginalized and underserved communities.

Sanjana earned her undergraduate degree in Political Science and Economics from Rutgers University and holds a master’s degree in Political Science from Columbia University in the City of New York.
