Jessica Nugent
Senior Program Officer
Jessica Nugent has over 15 years of experience working in the non-profit sector, specifically with maternal and child health initiatives. Her expertise lies in program development and implementation. In her past positions, she has provided technical assistance and training to multiple national evidence-based home visitation programs throughout the Northeast United States.
In addition, Jessica has participated in many national continuous quality improvement (CQI) initiatives, focusing on data collection and analysis to determine how to strengthen and expand family support programs nationally. She has partnered with research entities such as Rutgers University and the Partnership to End Addiction to publish journal articles on evaluations focused on obesity prevention for children and substance use interventions for new parents.
Jessica has a passion for making data-driven decisions to improve supports and outcomes for all families. She always strives to create solutions that are both sustainable and transformative. Jessica earned a Master of Public Health degree from the Rutgers School of Public Health. She lives in Milltown, NJ with her husband, daughter, and their two dogs.
