Sanjana brings more than five years of experience in policy, program management, and communications to her role as Program Manager at the Burke Foundation. She drives collaborative initiatives that strengthen cross-sector partnerships and improve health outcomes for children and families across New Jersey.
Before joining Burke, she was a key player in implementing a two-generational approach to workforce development at the New Jersey Department of Labor, aligning strategies to support both children and their caregivers simultaneously to enhance family well-being.
Sanjana earned her undergraduate degree in Political Science and Economics from Rutgers University and holds a master’s degree in Political Science from Columbia University in the City of New York.
She lives in Jersey City with her husband and their lovable pets.
